Accelerated Repair Projects Committee
Oversee MSBA Accelerated Repair projects at HBMS, VBMS, and AES. Serve as liaison to the OPM, work with OPM to mitigate project risks, report project status to the School Committee.

Communication Subcommittee
Make recommendations to the school committee on best practices to maximize transparency and clarity of messaging when communicating from the school committee to the community.

Finance Subcommittee
Make recommendations to the school committee on the proposed budget and projected revenue, budget transfers, any significant mid-year budget impacts, and financial matters brought to the subcommittee by the administration or the school committee. Evaluate capital needs throughout the district, maintain a five-year capital plan, and recommend capital priorities to the School Committee. Report to the School Committee per the annual agenda or more frequently as needed.

Negotiation Subcommittee
Handle contract negotiations with district collective bargaining units, transportation, food service, regional agreement, and other personnel contracts. Make recommendations and report status to the School Committee.

Policy Subcommittee

Report status and progress towards goals to the School Committee.
