Brad Morgan

Brad Morgan is currently entering his seventh year as the Superintendent of Schools for the North Middlesex Regional School District.  With 29 years of experience in middle and high school education as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and now superintendent, Brad brings a proven track record of how effective administrators and educators can work in collaboration to positively impact students.

As Principal of Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical High School for 8 years, he led the team of 350 faculty, staff, and administrators who were key in designing, building, and opening the new school in 2014. At Essex Technical High School, Brad oversaw the operation of the high school’s four academies, was the chief administrator for the school’s policies, and directed the curricula for the academic and career programs.  Brad’s work at Essex North Shore was nationally recognized in the Association of Career & Technical Education’s April 2013 edition of Techniques as well as Achieve’s July 2015 White Paper, The Best of Both Worlds, for his progress in building a culture of high standards and literacy skills across all academic and CTE areas with an emphasis on rigorous and relevant texts while strengthening not only reading and writing skills, but speaking and listening skills in order to better prepare students for life beyond high school.

Prior to heading up Essex North Shore, Brad was principal of Waltham’s McDevitt Middle School (5 years); and Assistant Principal of Andover’s West Middle School (2 years), and of Marblehead’s Middle School (2 years).  In addition, he spent 7 years teaching Social Studies/History in Chelmsford, MA.

Brad Morgan is a member of the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents (MASS), the American Association of School Administrators (AASA), and the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD).

Brad also works as a consultant for Athena K-12, where he offers workshops to educators from around New England on Growth Mindset, Transitions, Literacy, Classroom Management, Student Engagement, and Educator Evaluation.  Additionally, works as a consultant for School Works, where he conducts quality reviews for schools and school districts across the United States.  Brad has also worked on assessment at the national level as a representative for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Outside of public education, Brad worked for over 20 years as an ice hockey coach for USA Hockey (Mass Satellite) as well as at the high school and collegiate level for both men and women.

Brad earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees at UMass Lowell. He resides in Chelmsford with his wife, Lisa, and three daughters, Caroline (24), Courtney (23), and Natalie (16).

Robin is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in public relations, executive assistance, and communications across various sectors, including private industry, healthcare, and municipal administration. Her unwavering dedication and expertise have made her an invaluable asset to the North Middlesex Regional School District, where she serves as a vital link between the district's administration, board members, parents, students, and the community at large.

With her extensive background in marketing and communications, Robin brings a well-rounded perspective to her role, ensuring that all office operations and administrative initiatives run seamlessly. Her contributions have not only enhanced the district's efficiency but have also fostered positive relationships between the district and the community it serves.

One of Robin's key responsibilities is that of the designated Records Access Officer for the district, a role that underscores her commitment to transparency and accountability in all administrative processes. Her meticulous attention to detail and adherence to legal and ethical standards have been instrumental in maintaining the district's integrity.

Before joining the North Middlesex Regional School District, Robin honed her skills and expertise in various roles. She served the Town of Groton, where she gained valuable experience in municipal administration. Additionally, her tenure as the Marketing Manager at Nashoba Valley Medical Center allowed her to develop and execute strategic communications plans, secure media coverage, produce effective marketing materials and coordinate successful special events. Her contributions significantly enhanced the center's outreach efforts and public image.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Robin is a proud resident of Pepperell, where she resides with her husband, two sons, and three lively pups. Her dedication to both her family and the community mirrors her commitment to excellence in her professional life.

Robin's extensive experience, exceptional skills, and dedication to fostering positive relationships between educational institutions and their communities make her an invaluable asset to the North Middlesex Regional School District. Her unwavering commitment to transparency, efficiency, and effective communication ensures that the district continues to thrive and serve its constituents with the highest standards of excellence.
