You must be on a district health insurance plan for a minimum of one year preceding the year before your retirement in order to participate as a retiree. You must have been enrolled in a family plan in order to cover a spouse.
- Contact your retirement board for eligibility.

Submit a written notice of intent to retire to the superintendent and/or designee.

Submit paperwork from your retirement board to the payroll office for processing.

The payroll administrator will process and return paperwork as requested.
