Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)
NMRSD SEPAC stands for North Middlesex Regional School District Special Education Parent Advisory Council. Our group is comprised of parents, guardians, therapists, teachers, school administrators, and other individuals who are invested in maximizing the potential of all students affected by learning difficulties and differences. Chapter 766 of Massachusetts state law requires that each school district in the Commonwealth facilitate the organization of a SEPAC.
Our goal is to provide support, resources, and information to individuals seeking to enhance the education of students with learning difficulties and differences. In order to facilitate this goal it is essential for SEPAC to maintain a cooperative working relationship& with school district administration. Throughout the school year, SEPAC offers a variety of speakers and training sessions on a various topics relevant to Special Education issues. We strive to improve Special Education opportunities for all students by disseminating pertinent information to all interested individuals.
