Van Pool Transportation

Parents of students receiving transportation services through Van Pool, as determined through the IEP process, must fill out the below Transportation Form  and submit it to Tracy Bitondo no less than 2 weekdays before any Van Pool services can be provided.    

To submit a transportation form:

Email the completed and signed form to tbitondo@nmrsd.org
Typed names will qualify as signatures when submitted digitally from an email connected to that parent.

A copy of this form may also be acquired in any school office during posted hours if you are unable to print or complete the form digitally.
