Counselor Office Mission Statement

  • The mission of the school counselor is to promote healthy overall growth of all students through developmental guidance programs, small group interventions, and individual counsel. The school counselor partners with parents, community members, administrators, and teachers to create and maintain a safe enjoyable learning environment so students feel safe exploring their world.

    During COVID-19 it is important to remember that children need to feel safe before they can focus on completing school work. Our children and families needs come first! We are working to help children feel safe, secure, and to establish a sense of belonging at Varnum Brook whether students are working remotely, or attending in person.

  • PACH collection

    Food Collection

    Students collected many food items and toiletries for the PACH food pantry here in Pepperell. Student Council organized a food drive called the "SOUPer Bowl." Classes were awarded points based on the type of item donated. 

     

    In 3rd place was Mrs. McLaughlin's class with 105 points. 

    In 2nd Place was Mrs. Silva's class with 112 points

    The winner of the 2nd Annual VBES Souper Bowl was...

    Mrs. Harrington's class with 276 points!!
