We believe that diversity in all its forms enriches our community of learning.
We believe all students can learn, but not at the same rate or in the same way.
We believe that care is what sustains us in our common pursuits, care for our own and others’ uniqueness, consideration for one another’s feelings,
and concern for those who need our help and understanding.

Nancy has also taught at the collegiate level for Northeast Consortium, Merrimack College, and UMass-Boston for both undergrad and graduate students.
Nancy's philosophy of education focuses on ensuring each generation of students is provided the skills and strategies to be resilient, resourceful, and happy which enables them to be productive and contributing members of our society. She believes this vision can only be accomplished through classrooms that challenge our students, administrators who are instructional leaders, and a mindset that supports this mission from all stakeholders.
