Brad Brooks

Brad Brooks has worked his entire 29 year special education career in Massachusetts in a variety of roles including paraprofessional and teacher at the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown and later in a special education collaborative setting as a teacher, lead teacher and building principal.  He transitioned to a public school special education administrator in 2012.

Brad’s goal of the NMRSD  special education department is to meet the unique needs of our students with disabilities through the delivery of high quality special education services, for the district to be transparent and informative with our parents/guardians on the special education process and to be responsive and accessible should issues arise.

An avid outdoorsman and accomplished woodsman, in his free time Brad enjoys a variety of activities with his wife, four children and two dogs in Southern New Hampshire.

John Judge

John Judge has been an educator for more than thirty-five years. In addition to many years of experience as a classroom teacher in both general education and special education settings, he has provided professional development to teachers throughout the United States, as well as in Guatemala, China, South Korea, and Australia.

John joined the district as a special education teacher at North Middlesex Regional High School in 2007. Since August, 2014, John has been the district’s Assistant Director of Special Education. In this capacity, John assists the Director of Special Education in managing all Special Education services that the district provides, as well as leading the strategic direction for Special Education and overseeing the development and implementation of long-term goals and objectives for Special Education in the district. 

Outside of work, John enjoys researching family history (he has recently discovered the home in Ireland where several generations of his family have lived), walking, reading, and spending time with his wife, four children and six grandchildren.

Margaret Desilets

Margaret Desilets first started working for the North Middlesex School District as a coach during the 2007-2008 school year. Her love for the school, community, and the NM students led her to a teaching position within the Special Education Department in the fall of 2008. Throughout her years at North Middlesex she has taken on the role of teacher/department chair and coach of both the Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse team and Girls’ Varsity Soccer team. She also assisted in the research, development, and establishment of the North Middlesex Gateway Program in 2013.

During her freetime, Margaret enjoys spending time with her husband and two little girls swimming, baking, and playing in their backyard. Her children have recently started playing youth sports and Margaret is very excited to support their various athletic journeys.

Tracy Bitondo

Tracy Bitondo is the Administrative Assistant for the North Middlesex Regional School District Special Education Department.

In this position, Tracy provides administrative support for the Special Education Department. She works closely with the Director and Assistant Director to provide services to North Middlesex students on IEP's.  She also handles the Special Education transportation for the district. 

Tracy joined NMRSD in 2007, prior to her position at the school district, she worked at Comcast for 15 years.
